1. Talk with client and define requirements.
2. Recruit talented and qualified candidates.
3. Screen recruited candidates.
4. Qualify screened candidates.
5. Coordinate first round of interviews with client and candidate.
6. Coordinate second round of interviews with client and candidate.
7. Work with client in developing an offer.
8. Work with candidate to accept offer.
9. Schedule pre-employment testing such as background checks, physicals, etc.
10. Help candidate through resignation process and prepare them to deal with a counteroffer.
11. Coordinate start date.
12. Follow up with client and candidate to ensure both are fully satisfied.
