Session II: How to prevent vendors from derailing your business?
Mike Siraj and Mr. Schindler have a concentrated list of job categories, as initially promoted by NIST in their NICE document. You will learn a new way of looking at the myriad opportunities available through Cybersecurity, that will perhaps assist you in reinventing yourself to remain relevant.

Session Topic III: NIST’s NICE Cybersecurity Jobs, and a new no-cost Association to promote networking and finding jobs
-Organizations cannot thrive without a vendor ecosystem. Vendors play a critical role in increasing the value, but at the same time, if not appropriately managed, they may derail business performance too.
-The session focuses on how implementing a vendor life-cycle, and integrated risk management (IRM) centric approach can help organizations in mitigating vendor risks.

You have a story to tell.  A Corporate Storyteller tells it in a way that makes the audience feel like they’ve experienced something – instead of feeling overwhelmed with a lot of information.

You are in the business of getting people to buy into your ideas, solutions and services.  Your audience cannot buy in if they don’t understand your idea and how it is different, and what’s in it for them.

This keynote reveals the essential components for building compelling messages every time you must communicate in a persuasive situation.
