A regional leading distributor of commercial products is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.

THE POSITIN
In your new role as the Service Desk Manager, you will be wearing several hats.  First setting up and formalizing the service desk function establishing KPI’s, SLA’s, matrix and reporting.  Daily supervision of the service desk/desk top team of 4 to review priorities, tasks, reporting and be the go to person for escalation.  You will also be responsible for asset management, licensing, desk top security, software distribution and communication with your team mates.  There are over 1000 users with 80% running thin clients.  Your previous experience in running a team as well as being hands-on is required here.  You will be working group policy, ticketing systems, reporting as using the concepts of ITIL to oversee everything.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in running a helpdesk group
• CITRIX
• VOIP
• Five to ten years of experience in all areas of server support
• AIX, CISCO, Windows, Meraki
