In your position as a Junior Recruiter, you will plug into an established system and business with all the tools, sales, and technical training, and support to be successful quickly. With over 30 years in the recruiting business, we have all of the resources and marketing needed to maximize your earnings and success. In your role, you will be calling potential candidates about positions we are recruiting for and screening and interviewing to locate the best possible fit. This is a focused phone positions where your success is dependent on your ability to communicate your ideas over the phone. We have an established candidate base and robust marketing effort, although cold calling involved in developing new candidates.
Our competitive compensation structure includes a base salary plus performance bonus, plus individual and group bonuses. This offers endless earnings potential based on your skills, abilities, and effort. Typical first year income is between 40K and 65K depending on your skill level. We've had staff reach 6 figures their first year.
We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join the JDA family. In this position you will receive the highest quality training available in the IT staffing industry. Your talents will be used to sell our services to new and existing clients, build long-term business relationships, sell full-service staffing solutions including direct hire, contract, and project based staffing, and you will also recruit and interview potential candidates. Our business is Houston focused and as most of the relationship building is done via the phone, great phone communication skills are required. This position involves both prospecting for new business and managing existing accounts.
